Anna Kotyza is a director, producer, and production coordinator based in Los Angeles. She currently works at DreamWorks Animation, where she helps bring animated feature films to life while developing original stories of her own.

​Raised between American and Czech cultures, Anna is dedicated to preserving and reimagining Slavic stories through film, sharing them with audiences around the world. 

 

Her work draws inspiration from family history, memory, classical music, and Slavic folklore.

Her storytelling spans animation, documentary, live action, and emerging technologies.

Outside of filmmaking, she enjoys painting, running, solo travel, baking, swing dancing, and borrowing affection from friends' and family's cats.
